Return & Refund Policy
At Lil Vastr, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is checked and packed before dispatch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect or different from the product ordered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Customers must contact Lil Vastr within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue. A clear photograph or video of the product, packaging and shipping label may be requested to verify the issue.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- All original tags, labels and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged or otherwise used.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, the following may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Customised or personalised products.
- Made-to-order products.
- Products that have been altered at the customer’s request.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once approved, refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
Exchanges
Where applicable, an eligible product may be exchanged for another size or product, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Lil Vastr may offer an alternative product or process an eligible refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Lil Vastr, such as a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
