At Lil Vastr, each dress is custom-stitched with great care and attention to quality. We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards before it reaches you.
Cancellation Policy
- As all dresses are custom made, cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming, as modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated after processing begins.
Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns or replacements are only accepted in the event of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
- To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof.
- The video should show the package being opened from its sealed state, without cuts or edits.
- Requests without an opening video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
How to Request a Return
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or process the return as appropriate.
